Flush Head Studs
Studs that press in flush, M2 to M8, lengths 5 to 50 mm.

Flush studs for very thin sheet metal.
Thin sheet studs are designed for sheet thinner than a standard flush head stud allows, while still giving a permanent threaded stud.
Full dimensions, preferred lengths and installation / push-out / torque-out performance data are shown in the datasheet below, taken from the self-clinching fasteners catalogue.

Hex-head clinch studs for high torque, M5 to M10.

High-strength studs designed for thin sheet metal.

Flush studs that disturb the sheet very little, close to edges.

Studs fitted into a blind hole so the reverse side stays untouched.
