Flush Head Studs
Studs that press in flush, M2 to M8, lengths 5 to 50 mm.

Hex-head clinch studs for high torque, M5 to M10.
High strength studs have a hexagonal, serrated head that gives much higher torque-out and push-out than standard flush head studs. Use them for heavy loads in thicker sheet.
Full dimensions, preferred lengths and installation / push-out / torque-out performance data are shown in the datasheet below, taken from the self-clinching fasteners catalogue.

Studs that press in flush, M2 to M8, lengths 5 to 50 mm.

Unthreaded locating pins with a flush head, 3 to 6 mm.

High-strength studs designed for thin sheet metal.

Flush studs that disturb the sheet very little, close to edges.

Studs fitted into a blind hole so the reverse side stays untouched.

Flush studs for very thin sheet metal.
